The school budget gets chopped and something has to get cut. Which one do you choose?
It’s a hard question. A question with no good answer. Truth is, it’s hard to cut anything. Our minds and bodies need to grow in many ways. So what is the answer?
Do we focus on ROI? How about employability? Life skills? Public good? Future technologies? We often look to cut the arts. However, we would argue that it ticks all these boxes. There is money to be made, industry to expand, personal and social benefit, and future to predict and develop.
To us the Arts are everything. They ARE us.
In a world that is more isolated and divided than ever; families spend less time together; our networks shift to virtual engagement…
We must find ways to express ourselves and communicate and create. We must find ways to connect better and deeper.
